Who's player of the game for Canada? Honest question.
Foudy?

He's probably been their more noticeable player. Cozens is the only other guy I can remember making a couple decent plays.Foudy?
One bad game doesn't end the tournament. One bad game doesn't mean these players are ruined. Losing one player, even Lafreniere, doesn't mean there's no hope. Everything can still be fine.
Canadian fans always lose their minds the first time Canada loses. The Canadian government should hand out little packets of Xanax or something.

You're either ignorant or being intentionally obtuse. The fact that you started commenting on the second GA where he had nothing to do with it leads me to believe it's the former. At the time of my comment, he was controlling play. He was pretty much the only dman who was making good outlet passes and was commanding on the puck in the offensive zone.Yet another goal that Smith did not control the game and let Russia score. Is that 3 goals he’s been on the ice for? I’ve lost track.
But again you’re probably right, I have no idea what I’m talking about. I’m still waiting for your explanation by the way, I’m really curious as to how Smith is controlling the game every time he steps on the ice tonight.
Assuming cap didn't count.. you could win a Stanley Cup with current former London Knights in the NHL... Knights produce first rounders every year... I can't think of a more successful Junior program in that regard....The Hunters are dinosaurs, other programs are finally integrating more intelligent ways of playing hockey, which the Hunters will never be able to do.
Hockey Canada needs to adapt.
I guess 10 goals against through 5 periods is what happens when you cut the best goalie from your camp
Nope he signed a new contract a few months ago.Is this Bob McKenzie's final world juniors?

Ah. Ruskies have some soft hads and good sticks!
Some good hockey they play! As team!
Yup, it’s been a long time coming for something different. The talent is there for Canada to win gold every year, of course things happen and that’s not entirely realistic, but this team should consistently be better. They've needed to adapt for a few years and really haven't.
Hockey Canada is like the Edmonton Oilers. Old boys club. It isn't a coincidence that one of the top guys of the Oilers was once one of the top guys of Hockey Canada.
