We didn't give up on him, for whatever reasons we chose Pogge over him, and used Rask as a valuable trade chip.

Another day, another shutout for Demko. He made 30 saves to shutout Maine again, after shutting them out on Friday.

That's 6 shutouts in 9 games played and 6 in his last 7.

He's without a doubt the top non-pro goalie prospect on the planet right now and one of the best prospects, period, pro or non-pro.

Murray is legit. He had an insane season last year and won AHL goalie of the year and the key part is, he's following it up again with an insane start for Wilkes-Barre so it's not like it was a fluke year.

Love the goaltending depth in the organization in general. I love that on top of Demko we've got a guy who, not too long ago, was considered the best goaltending prospect on the planet in Jacob Markstrom. This organization is great at working with goalies who have lost their way so it wouldn't surprise me in the least if we got the elite goalie that Markstrom was always meant to be (like Rask is to Boston after they got him from Toronto, except for the part where Rask was good right off the bat. Markstrom is more of a project).
