Didnt want a goalie at 6 at all, was hoping for Cossa at 22. Trading up to get him when you have a ridiculous amount of picks is fine. Over about 3 days the wings went from weak in goal to having 2 potential studs 25 or younger. No issue with going Cossa over Wallstedt, will be interesting to see how that goes down the road though

Alright, I'm sure you've seen many SHL games these two past seasons and that you're an expert at evaluating talent.

I have seen a lot of video on both goalies. To go along with his freakish range and athletic ability, the success Cossa has had at the CHL level is completely unprecedented. Don't get me wrong, I think Wallstedt will be a solid NHL starter - I just think Cossa will be a perennial Vezina contender. Time will tell.

Yzerman chose Cossa over him…I’ll take his opinion over yours all day
I don't have an opinion on the matter. It's just a fact that SHL is a much much better league than any of the CHL leagues.

The worst SHL team would beat every CHL team with double digits.

I think Yzerman is smart enough to go with his scouts’ opinion. If he was making the choice between two young goalies, that would be a big mistake.

Well his choice is the one that matters most…scouts or no scouts
