Can play C, already proved he can work with elite talent and put up points, was a mentor to the kids in Van this seasonVancouver is looking at Barrie. If they miss out, Tony D for JT Miller? Who says no?
Thank goodness bc I had a dream the rangers signed him as a backup. In fact in my dream he was actually sitting on the bench.Greiss to Wings, 2/3.6
With Krug going to STL and Brodie to TOR, I really don't see where Pietrangelo is going other than VGK. Who else would have the space outside of maybe Columbus? Maybe the Canucks if they miss out on Barrie, but they have huge contracts looming for Pettersson and Hughes next season.

There was plenty of whipping to share between him and Staal. I don't think this changes things.Brett Howden loves the Jack Johnson signing... He can let his back take a break from getting whipped
Lettieri officially gone...to the ducks
Because I love you all I did a very quick and lazy (25% efficiency) excel data sort from CapFriendly of players I believe the Rangers could find useful for the right price. This list is fluid and will change within minutes of me posting but feel free to reference. I'm still 110% on the Nieto train. You know how I feel about him. Him, Fast back, and maybe Kulikov/Mueller as LHD depth and I would be satisfied.

No that was pretend.Didn't Hoffman sign with the Oilers?
Little too much for imo. Bit a good fit for Boston. I had Craig Smith @ $2-$2.5. Oh well. Still plenty of depth forwards out thereCraig Smith to Boston. 3.1 x 3

I don't know either, but he's been linked strongly to Vegas for the last week or so - Brooksie even mentioned that STL might consider filing tampering charges against them.Vegas has 2M in cap space. Not sure how they would afford Pietrangelo.
I’m going Gorton has something still to come. Centers available and we walk away with Kinkaid, depth defense, AHL depth, and Kevin Rooney.
I’m for Johnson... on the third pair. But the left side is bad.
Are they still considering ADA on the left? Or was that just posturing?
ADA - Trouba

I could live with a bit more.

They were able to move Stastny to WPG, and I'd imagine they could find suitors for some of their other pieces if they *really* wanted Pietrangelo. Doesn't seem realistic though.
