No kidding. Last year was the first season Campbell played as a starter and it was not close to a 5M season. So it's pretty hard to imagine the next 5 years will be stable.

He's a BC guy. He's played in 7 cities so far in his pro career and probably wants a guaranteed roster spot close to home.

Last two seasons he was great at the start of both of them, then became one of the worst goalies in both of them. Leafs would’ve won the Presidents trophy last year if Campbell could’ve maintained mediocre goaltending but could not.

Out of all the people on the air in Toronto Carlo is by far the worst and most out of touch which is shocking considering he played in the league.

He only had one good month.

He was sub .900 the entire season otherwise.

Campbell also had a terrible GSAA above expectation. He had a good GSAA because the Leafs defense was excellent and make his job easy, but then he still sucked.

TSN is seriously overrating Campbell. Fair game on our current tandem, but they are making it sound like Campbell (or Andersen) were some "guarantee" when Andersen proved he couldn't stay healthy (even though he was good when healthy) and Campbell couldn't be consistent. 5x5 for a 30 year old inconsistent goalie is not something that we should be happy about keeping.

He’s terrible. Stopped taking him seriously when he said with a straight face every player should have to spend time in the AHL.
