He’s not. CDS will be gone. They‘ll do something with Granlund. I think. So they have 900k in cap left with this bottom-6:
X-Carter-Granlund
Nieto-Acciari-Nylander
Yeah, Dubas better not be done

Probably like a 5th rounder or some prospect who is gonna bounce between AHL and ECHL until he's allowed to walk.Wonder what CDS fetches
The other GM hanging up.Wonder what CDS fetches
Having a legit 2nd pair guy instead of whatever the f*** Dumo was last year is a game changerI like Graves in for Dumo, a lot. I don't think Graves is some wunderkind or anything, and his term sucks, but it'd be really hard to not improve over Dumo, the added size/physicality is great, and term doesn't matter for a team whose realistic window's been slammed closed for years.
But yeah, Jarry back is disappointing, but *entirely* expected.
Couple of shitty 4th liners, a shitty goalie, and a shitty defenseman.I am back from a 7k hike...update ya boy and why is Jarry back smh
Yager arrives in 3 years to save the teamAre people under the impression that the Pens be competing in 3-4 years? Don’t get the 6 years hate.

Graves is better offensively than I thought and worse defensively than I thought.
At least if we're to take the ole FANCY CHART at face value
It is 4 hours into free agency, I guess we will see plenty of movement before October. So um the pens have 900k in space left with a frankly putrid bottom-6. Hope theres more to come.
A game changer? Nah. But an improvement, for sure.Having a legit 2nd pair guy instead of whatever the f*** Dumo was last year is a game changer
I mean how many points did Dumo cost us that a competent 2nd pair LD wouldn't haveA game changer? Nah. But an improvement, for sure.
I was thinking POJ.Can probably trade Ty Smith at this point.
Let POJ and Smith battle it out for the bottom pairing spot in camp/pre-season and trade whoever doesn't impress. Doubt either have any value, tbh.Can probably trade Ty Smith at this point.
Probably a few, but not as many as Jarry. /shrugI mean how many points did Dumo cost us that a competent 2nd pair LD wouldn't have
Some here are not happy unless they are Bitching & MoaningHaving a legit 2nd pair guy instead of whatever the f*** Dumo was last year is a game changer
Nobody can/will answerI mean, if you want to complain about Jarry, I get it. But what was the better option?
I guess I didn't look at it like that. I still don't understand what we're going to do for a 3rd line.Having a legit 2nd pair guy instead of whatever the f*** Dumo was last year is a game changer
Was there a better option for Jarry? I could have seen 3 years @ 4.5m or 2 * 5.3m or something.I mean, if you want to complain about Jarry, I get it. But what was the better option?
They probably signed him to play with Karlsson lol Hes the defensive guy and karlsson will be the offensive guyGraves was a +34 last year, playing against top opposition. Clearly wasn't hurting his team too much defensively. He takes minimal penalties too, which is nice.
Yea, this is my big thinking. Clearly Gibson and one of the Boston goalies weren't available. Anderson and korpi weren't coming here. So it was ride out Jarry or go with two backups. If Jarry can stay healthy, its fine if not a little long. Changing up the back up could spark things too now that it will be Alex Nedeljkovic.I mean, if you want to complain about Jarry, I get it. But what was the better option?
