Like, you could definitely argue that Jones is only an above average QB that gives us more roster-building challenges than having Patrick Mahomes or Joe Burrow.

What alternative are you suggesting? Bring in Patrick Mahomes or Joe Burrow? You do that.

The Eagles were 9-8 last year.

The defending champions went 5-12.

Overturn in the NFL is neck-breaking fast. The Giants are one good offseason away.

Of course, it has to be good and there's a lot on the line. Not telling you anything you don't know there.
We beat Hurts and the Eagles last season. I think he had 3 or 4 ints in that game. Maybe the Eagles should have dumped him lol. :)

Burrow has 242 yards in this game. He's been fine.

Daniel Jones is fine.

The QB gets all the accolades but in most cases where he has to be more than fine, that team doesn't win.

It's a team sport more than any other sport.

The game is won and lost on the lines like it always has. The Giants in their Super Bowl runs had an elite pass rush and very good to great offensive lines.

People forget we only scored 17 points in the Superbowl win vs the Pats. It was the defense that was the real star imo.

If the Boys play as well as last week they can beat anyone. That having been said, before the playoffs I picked a Bengals vs 49ers SB in this thread and I'm sticking with that.

As bad as our QB play was this year, the root issue is still the offensive line. I know they had injuries but that losing streak to end the season was squarely on the line being abysmal in all facets.

JD needs to go all in on building a wall for whomever ends up under center
There are plenty of teams with bad olines. The jets have a uniquely anemic offense that can't simply be explained by a bad oline.

Is there a QB that does less with more than Dak Prescott?

You see the plays some of these guys make on the elite teams and you can see The Giants just don’t have that type of talent. Maybe KT one day.

And they did it all with a decent QB who's in the Hall of Fame. Boy howdy, are there a lot of those!
Some SB winning QBs are Joe Namath, Brad Johnson, Mark Rypien, Jeff Hostetler, Doug Williams, Jim Plunkett, Trent Dilfer, Ken Stabler, Nick Foles, Jim McMahon, and Joe Flacco.
