Dude is just incredible, what a treat to watch.

In a league where it seems like 98% of players seem to have no time and space to make a play he somehow does it every shift.

On one hand I'm like "there's no way he's gonna dominate this shift again" but on the other hand I'm not surprised when he does because it's become automatic.

Sensational.

Can't think of another player more important to his team than Quinn Hughes. He's the Canucks MVP, best player, throws the Canucks on his back game after game.

Somehow even more dominant than last year, should be leading both the Norris and Hart races at this time and it shouldn't be close. Maybe Kaprisov for Hart.

Makar had a ridiculous start offensively but Hughes is closing the gap, while being the better overall better player.

Norris repeat is a real possibility
4 points back with 2 games in hand.

Makar’s two highest scoring teammates have 28 more points than Hughes’ highest scoring teammates.

Hughes has officially caught and surpassed Makar in the Norris race.

But you aren’t hearing a peep about it in the media.

Considering the media are the ones who vote on the Norris, I'm not sure I'd call it official yet.

Great point. Add to that fact that the Canucks don't have a single forward in THE TOP 60 POINT SCORERS IN THE LEAGUE. That's actually kinda astonishing. Quinn is carrying this team both defensively and in scoring.

Maybe it’s because, as a life long Canucks fan, we’re not allowed to have good things, I’m a little sad. I know it will end someday and I don’t want it to.
He has become my favorite Canuck of all time and he’s only 25.

I feel like we're literally watching history in the making here.
Is this what it was like to watch Bure play?
Yes indeed. Bure did something magical every game. He controlled the pace of the game when the puck was on his stick, and the puck was on his stick often. Hughes is very similar. Hughes has the puck on his stick all the time, controlling the pace of the game while providing out of this world entertainment. Both are the most entertaining Canucks I have seen in my lifetime. Just human highlight reels.

He didn't score this game but we knew we had something special.
