The guy on the left is Keyshawn Johnson. Just get him the damn ball! I don't know who the guy with the fat head on the right is.

Jones is staying and Barkley is pricing himself out of NY which is perfectly fine by me. It would be cool to see him go to Buffalo, as a Giants fan I have absolutely no animosity toward that team.

I have a very hard time believing Schoen's slip-up at the press conference wasn't a legit reveal that they're deep into negotiations with Jones on his next contract. I've been one of Jones' biggest detractors but after seeing what he did this year with Daboll I believe with a well-constructed roster they can win a Superbowl with him at QB. Frickin' Foles and Flacco have both won it in the last 10 years.

I don't think the team expects to be a legit Superbowl contender next year, but I certainly don't think they plan on bottoming out enough to draft a franchise QB. This was year one of the rebuild and next season, with a large amount of cap space opening up, will be about building on that, not going backwards which would make it not until the season AFTER next season to start the rebuild.

They get Rodgers and have success.

They don’t and everyone gets fired because they win 7 games again.

If they don’t get Rodgers they would have been better off with Buddy.
The questions I have about Rodgers if I was a Jets fan.

1. He is 39. How long do you expect him to play? Is this a short term gamble?

2. Do you think he is declining? Still can make some great throws but mobility has dropped.

3. Where are you getting $50 mill to pay him? Who will you have to cut?

4. How many draft picks are you willing to trade for a guy that may only play 1-2 years?

Rather kick the tires with Brady and not spend the draft capital on Rodgers.

This OLine still needs a ton of help and grabbing one of these OT with 1.13 makes too much sense.

Brady would be cheaper in multiple ways but I think he is more of a statue and a 1 year signing.

It’s not a 50 million dollar cap hit for the acquiring team.

This is a rush.

The Jets aren't going to a conference finals if they land a QB.

Let Douglas do what he does best.... The draft.

The reason they need a vet qb is because Joe Douglas’ first two drafts look like absolute disasters.

It’s time to go, Rodgers or Lamar and you try and win 11-13 games, Carr or Jimmy G you win 7-10 games, and lose in the wildcard round.

If it doesn’t work, oh no, the Jets will be bad again, like that would be something new.

I can't believe the Jets hired Hackett.
