Not a very inspiring list for either NY team.

The Giants signing Lock tells me they're going WR and staying pat at 6.

If the Giants cut Jones, how much of a dead cap charge is it? I'd be all over Allen and going with Lock and Devito.

Yikes, never mind lol.

I like the idea of Allen in a vacuum, but the Giants won't be able to fit him.

The NY Times reports that Rodgers and Jesse Ventura are both interested in being VP.

Jones is going to get cut but he’s getting cut for the 2025 season. We still gotta get through this year.

Jones also has injury guarantees so I wonder if the Giants will do their own version of the Broncos sitting Russell Wilson at some point in the season.

Question to Jets fans. Does Joe Namath annoy you? I get the feeling a lot of Rangers fans are already annoyed by Messier but Messier was 30 years ago during the lifetime of many people on this board. Plus Messier was legit great. Namath had his guarantee over 50 years ago and he wasn't very good. I cringe any time some old fart on WFAN brings up Joe Namath.

I cant stand him. I will always love Messier though. But i am too young to have ever seen Namath play.

Indifferent, he can have an opinion as much as me as a dumb fan can, Messier trying to just get the head coaching of the Rangers was much worse than whatever Joe has said about the Jets, and most times they probably deserve it.

Question to Jets fans. ...
Yes. He threw more interceptions (220) than touchdowns (173). He averaged 17 interceptions a year and eclipsed 20 five times in his career. He led the league in interceptions four times during his career—1966 (27), 1967 (28), 1974 (22), and 1975 (28). He played in 129 games and only won 62. He had a 48% career winning %.

He only averaged 10 games a year throughout a 13-year career. He completed 17 out of 28 passes for 206 yards and was named the Super Bowl's Most Valuable Player. However, he did not throw one touchdown pass, or any passes at all in the fourth quarter. He almost retired after the SB to go into business, and I wish he had.
