Burns! Hell yes!
Did they do anything? Often first day guys have the most guys overpaid.Jets are incometent.
Nothing else needed.
While he seems like he’s also always hurt, it’s nice Joe Douglas finally thought getting a backup quarterback was important.
I would have signed Brissett.
How many did Dan Marino have?Agreed. Rodgers is overrated. He's won as many conference titles as Rex Grossman, one. He doesn't like to throw more than 20 yards, because 1 SB and regular season stats are all he has. Although he will be, he shouldn't be a first ballot HoFer with only one conference title.
Running backs are somehow less useful than goaltenders.
Giants fans need to grow up about the Barkley thing. He's a nothing player in Giants history. His legacy is injuries and losing. Nothing more. He's not moving the needle in Philly.
It’s interesting how often the word “legacy” came up in the will he/won’t discussions about Saquon signing with the Giants because it’s like……what legacy lol. Nothing was accomplished.
The Saquon era giants are literally the worst teams in franchise history. Obviously that’s not his fault as he’s not building the team.
But it isn’t even like a Barry Sanders or Calvin Johnson scenario where this transcendent talent is having his hall of fame numbers wasted on bad teams. Saquon had a truly excellent rookie season and two other good years. The rest was a mishmash of injuries and poor play.
I think Saquon is a good player and I like him a lot as a person but I’d be lying if I said I would look back on his giants tenure with any kind of warm and fuzzy feelings. I think this divorce was in both parties best interest.
