And a guy named PATRICK ROY who went to Colorado, something that never would have happened had the franchise not relocated. Maybe they win a Cup with Hextall or another goalie but no one close in talent to Roy would likely be tending net for Quebec. At least Quebec turned Lindros in Forsberg, Ricci and a Stanley Cup just 4 years later.
We got Drysdale and a 2nd. Oh joy.
Oh god I hadn't even considered what this means for the Frost handling.
rofl holy shit. wow.
oh you know good old chuck will spin it in the Flyers favorDoes Charlie still think Gauthier has 112 goal potential or did the narrative change?
Drysdale doesn't seem like a Tortorella player. Partly why I find this move encouragingThe only way this story is meant to end is with Tortorella scratching Drysdale and not liking him. Only then would I believe in a higher power.
Others wouldn't have returned gauthier...
Loyalty is good and all but sometimes it bites you in the butt.
Guarantee it was discussed....a way to add that doesn't look like a "buy"Buying ahead of the deadline![]()

Some of those even bite you in the butt. SadgeLoyalty to family/fiends, sure.
Loyalty to your employer? Nah, f*** outta here with that shit. Organizations dump people as soon as it makes sense for them, if you don't treat them the same way, that's a you (general, not you specifically) problem.

you literally just told us things we didn't want to hear about the guy we just got lolDuck fan coming in peace. Why did you guys trade Cutter, I’ve read something about him not being happy with the organization. This trade really come out of left field.
I hope this works out for both teams. Drysdale is so talented but has been injury prone and didn’t drive the offense. I still see him as a top pairing guy though and the Ducks may had sold low. Jaimie will definitely help your team now and in the future, whereas is put us in a longer rebuild, and we take on risk that Cutters game doesn’t well or slowly in the NHL.
Is Cutter a risk of not signing?
