Some animals aren't repeat suspension offenders that love targeting heads. Matthews must've learned something from Kadri after that cross-check to the side of Dahlin's head. I mean, there's ways to fight back and there's stupid idiot ways to fight back. Choose your poison.
Yeah, it's funny when others fight back in stupid idiot ways, the calls are lesser or nothing. This isn't a Maple Leaf whinge fest, it goes on with teams across the league. Inconsistency of application isn't a matter of human failings, it's a sign of corruption.

Yeah, well, that still really really sucks

Him Hedman and McDonagh couldn't shut our best players down last year so what more would he really have done this season?

He's our most physical defenseman, blocks a ton of shots and would be our only right handed defenseman who can clear the front of the net.

But he only scored 1 goal and 1 assist so who cares.

@authentic @Divine still waiting for that same energy. You can’t keep complaining about officiating and not comment on blown calls that favor the leafs.

We have commented on them. Two were posted, and one of them was called a penalty just before Gudas got away with a dangerous boarding penalty.

You can keep commenting and not backing your opinion up any further though

Blocking shots? Those get completely ignored if it's a certain someone on Toronto.

I agree that DoPS is an absolute joke and there's no consistency. Every team falls victim to some bullshit now and again.

However, you mentioned Kadri who is one of the worst pieces of shit in the league regarding illegal plays and has been suspended a total of almost 30 games for it. He's a repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat offender.

For Matthews and Dahlin, it's a tough battle in front of the net for both players, Matthews loses his shit and dangerously crosschecks Dahlin on the side of his head. I would agree that two season games is a fine punishment for that.

It's inconsistent but you're using bad examples for your argument, unfortunately.

There’s different levels of idiocy, though. If you can’t see differences in matthews high stick vs Bennett’s, or the Bunting elbow vs the one posted above of Staal dropping a Leaf. Idk what to tell you. I’m not even going to waste my time trying. carry On with pushing the whole world is out to screw the Leafs conspiracy :scared::scared:

Kadri went after DeBrusk because he took a knee on knee hit from him 20 seconds earlier, which wasn't called. But of course, you've said he's a repeat offender so obviously he's not allowed to defend himself anymore. Matthews wasn't an offender, but you're okay with him getting two games for doing the same thing that happened to him 2 seconds previously. What was your point again about them not fighting back? The league won't protect them, and according to them and fans, they're not permitted to defend themselves either. Your consistency in in the same ballpark as the DoPS.

This is such an egregiously bad point to describe Cernak’s contribution

He couldn't contribute to shutting down any of the Leafs top players (who are known as complete chokers) when he was in the line up. What else do you want me to say?

Incredible.

Both of them. My god the delusion is strong

Dude, I don't know what replay you're watching - but at no point does the stick make contact with the skate. He doesn't even touch the guy, he goes for the puck and the forward slips

Just because a guy fell doesn't make it a penalty. Find us an angle showing the trip or stop making up calls because you saw a guy fall with a player around him

You can't complain if you're not complaining about the calls your team get that they don't deserve and then cry and complain when they lose. Like the ref's bad call, that lacks integrity. So enough of that nonsense.

Reffing has been absolutely atrocious. Whoever's overseeing that on the league level needs to be fired. That's just the truth of it.

Lol, thinking Dahlins hit is the same as Matthew’s is all we need to know, thanks.
