Right, not only that, but generally GM's aren't super involved in drafting anyway.
Usually you have the director of amateur scouting taking care of that side of things

If he was fired the day after the playoffs, the Leafs would just name an interim General Manger, likely Pridham or Wickenheiser, who would then just defer to the Head of Scouting which is pretty much what the General Mangers do anyway.

I don't think Dubas is going anywhere unless he wants to leave.
