Said a similar thing in 2021 and they f***ing blew it there, too.Probably Torontos best chance to advance to the SCF this year without TB and Boston and they blew it.

But who shut Barkov down offensively for the Leafs, that's the real question
Idk if he’s bad in the playoffs. Coming into this postseason, here are some comparables among some forwards and their goals/game rates in their playoff careers:It really is sad how Matthews is so bad in the playoffs, dude could still get paid $15M by Toronto to keep this GREAT player, who always shows up in the same way. Then he says f*** IT and goes golfing.
You expect leaf fans to actually watch hockey outside of their bubble?Florida's "pylon D" was the top scoring defense in the NHL. It's almost like you looked at the names and didnt watch the game. The Leaf "stars" were kept to the perimeter and forced to take awful shots due to a fantastic Panther forecheck. Maybe if they weren't so soft they would have gone ot the net and maybe scored a goal or two.
Just like Bruins in 5. Just like WE WANT FLORIDA? Right?
Honestly Florida is a pretty average team outside of Bobrovsky. Easily the weakest team remaining if they have league average goaltending.Carolina is going to be playing a bigger, more physical, healthier, and more tested Florida Panther team. The Islanders and the Devlis are a cake walk.

Ouuf.Question for Leaf fans...when is the parade for the handshake respect going on?
I'm not even a leafs fan.I get why you aren’t a fan of it, I’m sure I wouldn’t have liked it either
We heard that going into the playoffs and into this series…FLA isn't beating CAR, so enjoy the win and the warm Champagne.
Huh. That is exactly what they said about FLA when the Leafs match-up formed.FLA isn't beating CAR, so enjoy the win and the warm Champagne.
How many blocked shots did he have?Matthews is not a playoff performer, completely invisible on both ends of the ice.

I believe my point was that he is a p***y. He doesn't elevate his game. He even doesn't play PK. He literally has bad hair and does nothing.Idk if he’s bad in the playoffs. Coming into this postseason, here are some comparables among some forwards and their goals/game rates in their playoff careers:
MacKinnon 58.57
McDavid 56.75
Point 50.00
Draisaitl 48.64
Matthews 43.50
P. Kane 38.23
Aho 37.50
Zibanejad 29.40
Barkov 23.07
43+% is really good. He didn’t score this series but neither did tkachuk. I don’t think that’s indicative of his playoff ability, sometimes it just goes that way. At least he has a track record
How many different failed "inevitable result" predictions do we need to see this season before it finally sinks in that they're all bullshit? Asking for a friend.FLA isn't beating CAR, so enjoy the win and the warm Champagne.
Who pays someone that kinda money to block shots that’s not a goalie? How many blocked shots did he have?
Why you gotta go there budI think he is too balding to wear anything more than a tank top
