Beside the obvious fruits and vegetables and milk, could you please recommend an unpopular food or a supplement that is great for the health ? Recently, I've added chia seeds, saffron, omega pills and almonds to my diet. Do you eat or drink anything special to enhance your overall health ?

Is there a most tyrannical buttinsky contest going on that I'm not aware of?I don't think he advocated for them. He may have been talking about how athletes use them but I don't remember him ever suggesting that the common person should take them. Anyways, he's not here to defend that statement so let's just move on from it.
