Beside the obvious fruits and vegetables and milk, could you please recommend an unpopular food or a supplement that is great for the health ? Recently, I've added chia seeds, saffron, omega pills and almonds to my diet. Do you eat or drink anything special to enhance your overall health ?
Thank you.

Still cruising. Strength training and running are coming along good. I got soft this winter and most of my runs have been on an indoor track.

We’ve had so much snow and ice on the road that hitting the pavement has been a challenge. I can barely find room to walk the dogs without them slipping all over the place. Today is 8km easy run, so going to do a quick strength training session focused primarily on hips and glutes first.

Green tea, with mint leaves thrown in.
Honey.
High-fat, low-sugar yogurt.

I don't think he advocated for them. He may have been talking about how athletes use them but I don't remember him ever suggesting that the common person should take them. Anyways, he's not here to defend that statement so let's just move on from it.
Cheese whiz! defend? that suggests an attack when it was simply a question seeking clarification. Is there a most tyrannical buttinsky contest going on that I'm not aware of?:dunno:

Is he the one that was muscle bound and into powerlifting for vanity muscles and wasn't against using steroids/hgh? Don't think I'd solicit advice for fitness from that sort, building bulk perhaps if that's the objective. :dunno:
This is what you wrote:

Yeah, I'd say 'defend' is accurate.

Anyways, move on. He's not here.

I had a really crazy work day and somehow managed to clock 11k steps purely from pacing around my own apartment. I didn't even wake up early.
Is your work rehearsing for Michael Flatley's " Lord of the Dance? ":dunno:

The neighbor's downstairs must love you, better though than rehearsing for Stomp I suppose.
