This would mean that by consuming the same amount of calories as meat youd feel like a Tiger? Because I know which one im choosing.

Or that by eating fruits, veggies, grains and meat youd end up as a bear ? Sounds about right.

Look at the Polar bear, the fiercest land animal, check that diet.

Be chill man, just trying to bring some levity when possible, aside from busting chops.

China would like a word with you young man.

They'd rather not.

Also, thats true of any cookie cutter program, a coach is always better, unless he's really bad. That's not exactly the point though, you have to look at the information westside provided to the world of strength.

It's not cookie cutter though, it's an approach, a philosophy. Don't get me wrong, if I went to a gym and there were a bunch of westside guys there moving crazy weight and they told me what to do, I'd give it my best college try. But I see the criticisms of it as being probably valid.

8000 calories as a vegan doesnt seem toi fatfetched, I just wonder how one would feel.

I checked the package of walnuts in the store the other day. They have 695 calories per 100 grams. That's about as many calories as in salo.

Nuts are great to eat and contribute to A form of diet, but can easily do without them. All contingent on what one hopes to reap.

You don't need to eat a colossal quantity of nuts.

From a google image search, here is 15% of what you discuss:

You probably wouldn't even want to eat 100 grams of nuts.

Edited to add: I see that you guys are discussing 8,000 calorie/day vegan diets. I take it back, such a person would need to eat a colossal quantity of nuts and seeds.

I'm honestly skeptical that *any* diet coming in at 6,000+ calories/day will be healthy over the long-term.

Getting up that high probably implies doing some disgusting shit on a day to day basis. Mattdoesfitness was eating about 6000 and he said that by the end of his bulking phase he was just force feeding himself and praying that he could keep it down.

On any given day, sure, I think I could do a 10,000 challenge. For 3 months? f***. That.

You'd also be draining your bank account, and spending a lot of minutes in the bathroom every day.

I’ll trust the science over Nate Diaz lol

And not surprised (mod) that you can’t see the difference between the meat industry funding studies and an environmentalist helping produce a film. It’s not like James Cameron is involved in the film industry or anything
Yes...and? You think dear old Cameron has nothing to gain from pushing a vegan agenda while owning one of the biggest Pea Protein companies out there? Is this a joke? You can't even admit there is a conflict there???
This is exactly why people don't take vegans seriously. You can't even admit there's a conflict when it's so clear.. :biglaugh:

Also in regards to the fat and the vials, they replaced the fat in the vegan burrito with guacamole.
Yes they did, and changes nothing to what I asked.
