There was at least offense when he opened up from Qs system initially, but 3 years of failing to add any structure or systems to work and no offense to go with it is a complete fail

Id still hope we can get Mongomery as a HC. He showed great promise in fixing Dallas' defensive issues even if the forwards played less free wheeling impacting their offense. He had the stars a OT goal away from the WCF in 2019 and laid the framework for Bowness' to lead them in 2020. He is in the last year of a contract as an assistant coach in St.Louis now
