The silver lining to any rustled Jimmie’s here, is that we are almost guaranteed to never see Anthanasiou force fed minutes in a Kings uniform again.

Next move Deslauries and Chychrum.
Thanks, I appreciate the opportunity.Another wonderful contribution to the forum. Keep up the great work!
I really be shocked if Lizotte is moved.Lizzotte. Love ya bout see ya
LOL.I really like Fiala, just like I like Arvidsson and love Danault. You can enjoy the players while also understanding that their acquisitions were counter-productive.
Do you think Blake spent $8 mil for a guy who is best suited for Vilardi or Turcotte? **** no, he is going to be pigeon holed into a line that is overly taxed matching up with the oppositions best for far too many minutes instead of being used as an attacking force. 50-60 points is my bet.
Letting your top line get run out of the building by McDavid instead of trying to get them favorable matchups IS Kings hockey. How the hell is Fiala going to help that? Just another expensive deck chair.
Meanwhile, a kid with incredible hockey sense and top shelf skating, who actually could potentially matchup with a McDavid to help you win a series is dealt away.
This whole organization needs to be burned to the ground and grown from scratch.
I try not to make predictions about my employers for a number of different reasons but I will be STUNNNNNNNNNNNED if Lizotte is moved.I really be shocked if Lizotte is moved.
Clearly Pete Jensen has never seen oil and water try to mix.
I love how you insist on highlighting all the F's on your report card.LOL.

Actually its worse. The way some people are talking down about this trade, you'd think the Kings just acquired a playoff rental who will be gone at the end of the season like he's Milan Lucic or Andrej Sekera or Ben Bishop.
Surprised you knew how to spell that.LOL.
Jesus dude, do you need a hug or something?Actually its worse.
All the suffering of delaying then begrudgingly attempting the rebuild is thrown out the window.
Imagine being Kaliyev, now knowing there is little chance at top 6 minutes for years to come.
Imagine being Turcotte, seeing Boldy, Hughes, Zegras and Caufield getting actual top 6 responsibility while being paid 15 times the Target Assistant GM level paycheck you are drawing - and are guarateed to draw again next year - behind TJ Tynan on the 2nd unit.
Imagine being Vilardi and JAD knowing there is literally nowhere for you to play now that you are out of options and just waiting to find out where you are being traded to start proving yourself all over again.
Imagine being Byfield, sitting watching both the Kings and Reign lose winnable series without you, knowing the next mistake will cost you another game or two.
How are these kids supposed to develop the confidence to improve knowing what's in front of them - on a mediocre team? Its not like they are being boxed out of a contender, this is still a 50/50 playoff squad with Fiala.
Kopitar has never played well with a puck carrying winger. Forget about on paper stat stuff, look at the styles of play and see if they match. Anze doesn't do anything offensively away from the puck, and Fiala always dominates it. Its not a complimentary set up. Might help Kempe, though.
Its indicative of the belief that Kopitar, Doughty and Quick are the better bet to succeed instead of grooming high end prospects. Completely disagree with that on principal. Its the wrong bet to take, and its out of hubris and hope, not intelligence. Its just going to limit the high end potential while increasing the likliehood of mediocrity - with the bottom falling out once Kopitar falls off the cliff.
Sick hands. And does not show many of the plays he makes. 52 assists were 30th in the NHL and 4 more than Kopi had.
His backhand shot is elite and ability to go top shelf is elite. Pretty deceptive, all around. People wonder if he regresses to his numbers from a few years ago...yet I say: at 25, he may actually just be hitting his stride and 100 pts may be in the future. Who peaks at 25? Especially elite types. They typically get better, from 25 to 28.
Agree to some extent but they still havent traded the big draft picks. Maybe they expect Kaliyev to break out when Arvidssons contract is up? Maybe Kupari is a long term bottom six winger?Actually its worse.

If you read what they are saying its not like that. They dont hate Fiala and its not about the cost. Its about the implications for the players they drafted during a rebuild all in attempt to get Kopitar players to play with again. We traded 19OA and a 2nd rounder who was unlikely to sign for a player who could likely finally be the player to outscore Kopitar whos lead the team in scoring every year bar one since 07 and people are unhappy?
