I don't think these teams will have the pleasure. If Montreal gets knocked back to 6, for example, I would bet money that he ends up there. Might even take him at 5.

I see Reinbacher going there but he could as well. This U18 tournament has the rankings/lists doing cartwheels. Perrault being French Canadian heritage could go there as well.

Perreault ain't jumping from 20ish to 5 or 6 due to a handful of games where his line dominated under 18s. If anything he might go 10 to 15 now

I just think the Dvorsky love on the Montreal side is complete fan fiction that is being passed around the twitter-sphere as fact.

Yzerman values defensive play very highly and needs a C, unlikely he gets past 9 (If he’s even on the board)
This. Historically, Red Wings always liked forwards who are also very good defensively. Maybe, hes still there at 9. Philly probably wants some American player from USNTDP imo but I have no idea what Caps wants. Reinbacher perhaps?

I agree, just some idiots panicking that Habs will only draft him because he is Slovak as they only drafted Mesar because he is Slaf buddy. So stupid.
However, I think Hughes and company love Dvorsky, I think every scout does as he is the most complete player in this draft. Depending on their draft pick, if it is 7 they might actually pick him. If it is higher, they will look for higher offensive potential.

Zero chance Perrault goes that high. He could easily just as much go in the 2nd round as the 1st.

With Kasper last year I doubt it. I think he ends up in Vancouver 11th to replace Horvat.
1 center prospect who hasn't made it full time yet doesn't make our center depth fixed. If both turn out to be top 6 centers thats a good problem to have, just slide one to the wing. He'd absolutely be a guy I'd like Detroit to pick.

Probably a top 5 with that performance. Wouldn't be surprised to see him anywhere between 3-10

I think he is most likely the next player off the board after 4th overall. Benson and SMith have split opinions on weather they are C's or Wingers

Ultimate carry job even if we lost in the Bronze medal game.

Slovakia players listed in the top 40 in either NA or EU central scouting: 1 (Dvorsky)
USA: 6
Canada: 8
Sweden: 10

This isn’t of course including the 2024 and 2025 talent on those other rosters.
Best slovak talent since Marián Hossa.
