And look at their numbers for the whole season.

Mid November LOLOLOL
Their SOS for the season is so separated by 5 basis points

Who gives a Frank about conference scheduling

That comparison and starting date is embarrassing
Not everyone gets to pile up points against LSSU. In conference games normalizes the competition.

But let's just use their whole body of work this year:

Cooley 19g 46p in 33gp
Fantilli 16g 38p in 27gp

I don't see an argument for Fantilli over Cooley at this point.

In the NCAA there isn’t an argument for Cooley up to now.

Who is arguing that Cooley has been better in the NCAA?

Did you miss when I said the following?
I think Fantilli has probably been a bit better in the NCAA,
But like I alluded to in that post, I think Cooley's relative dominance at the WJC + the fact that he's been dominating the NCAA for the last 2 months offset make me hesitant to call Fantilli the better player at this point.

It’s not even a bit.

He’s been better regardless of your random mid-November sample which made absolutely NO SENSE.

Disagree, it's a negligible difference. 7 points in 2 games against LSSU doesn't change that.

What's not close is their WJC performance:

Cooley 7gp 7g 14p
Fantilli 7gp 2g 5p

No it isnt
considering up to adenovirus running rough shod through the team of your random Mid november start date he was out scoring him at a higher rate than 2-1
23 points to 9 points says so

He even said to TSN he's still using OPEP for what it did to his lungs
it isn't negligible difference up to now
SOS says so
and he's still outscoring him despite play almost 3 weeks less of games

It's quite negligible. You can throw in all the excuses you want, but there really hasn't been much of a difference against the same competition.

But good on Adam for piling up points against Lindenwood & LSSU - full marks for a strong October. But as predicted, his production has come down significantly once his schedule got tougher. 15p in his first 6gp was great, but since then Cooley has been the more productive player, both in the NCAA and the WJC.

Funny
7 points to start the new year vs 6 in 2 less games
still out scoring him
while in his draft year

You can always spot the casuals in regards to college hockey

so what's the excuse for 3 weeks less of games and still trailing him while being the older player on the stronger team

Cool sample size. They are 5 months apart and both true freshman.

Fantilli will have to do more to prove he's ahead of Cooley, especially after such a disappointing showing at the WJC.

He is ahead of Cooley in the NCAA

learn to keep up
It's like you thing you're making some sort of point about their NCAA play when I already said that Fantilli is having a better NCAA season than Cooley to date.

Keep ignoring their WJCs though.

Keep making up hypothetical start dates to start counting stats ignoring fantilli outscoring him 23-9.

Did I do that in my post? Or the one before that?

Meanwhile you continue to ignore their WJC performance.

I think we're done here.

You made the post, or you can't keep track of the goalposts?

funny you pick a weekend when he spent the night in hospital to say...... wow look how good the other guy has been has been since that date, what was fantilli doing.

embarrassing.

Compelling argument, not sure what it has to do with their WJC performances though? I wonder why you're so afraid to address that...
wonder why you were you were so scared to address the start of the season and picking some random date to start your comparison

ive stayed consistent in only addressing NCAA

clearly you have troubles staying on topic
dont worry you'll get there

Considering my point has always been about who has had the better overall season (incl. WJC), it seems you're the one off topic.

I hope you are right and Bedard falls to the Ducks at 2.

Ill gladly take this for the next 10 years:
Bedard-McTavish-_____
____-Zegras-Terry
Im a big fan of McTavish's game.

If I was Anaheim, I wouldn't hesitate to take Bedard first. I do think its that close.

So teams Id take Bedard first with:
Anaheim, Ottawa, San Jose maybe Detroit

Teams Id take Fanitlli first with:
Arizona, Montreal, Columbus, Chicago, Philly,

Vancouver would be a tossup for me, current roster I'd say Bedard but not sure what things are going to look like when the dust settles.

Bedard goes 1st overall to whatever team gets the pick.

It's not even close. If a GM got up on stage picking #1 overall and DIDN'T take Bedard, they would be fired on the spot and never find work in the hockey world ever again.

Vancouver would be a tossup? The kid is from North Vancouver. That would be as big of a slam dunk pick as the team could make and would drastically change the team's trajectory. And I can't f***ing stand the Canucks.
