Honestly not surprised. Hes much more projectable to the NHL than Bedard is. Also plays hard, bigger and will most likely stick at C. Also hes scoring at an insane pace, very similar to Eichel's draft year.
I expect his scoring pace to continue to regress. He only has 5 points and 8 shots in his last 4 games.
Not surprising, Big Center is definitely something your hoping for at the top of the draft and his offense isn't dramatically different from Bedard, could be a year like Malkin and Ovechkin when it's all said and done
He's Canadian. Also Luke Hughes is a defenseman.

He was born in Nobleton Ontario - and has represented Canada internationally before.
Do Canadians not realize that Canadians can play in the NCAA too?
He's already representing Canada, because he's from Canada. Nothing about him is American other than his choice to play college hockey in the US

It‘s not a ”we’ll see” He will represent Canada internationally. And already has - and has locked himself into representing Canada. No if‘s, and’s, or but’s. It’s not an opinion.

No, you do not. Once he represents a Nation he is locked to that country for all other international events... Just because a Russian played in the CHL doesnt mean they can represent Canada in an international event... So not sure why you think a Canadian playing in the States can somehow just play for the States internationally...
