So which Soo players were terrible exactly outside of Murray? Murray I will concede was a ridiculous trade from day one. The lack of cap relief made it even worse.
Connor timmins and gave him a 3 yr one way contract to boot…he didn’t even play a second in the playoffs

"This organization is incredible. You see the players that they have, but the people in the organization in the organization — every facet is looked after with the strength, the nutrition, and everything. The staff is the best at what they do. It is such an amazing place.

I am so thankful I was brought into it. I am sorry we didn’t get the result that we wanted. To be a part of this organization was an amazing thing. I have some decisions to make going forward, though."

I’m too lazy to look, but someone posted about him not liking it, maybe it was bs

Ridiculous, he's a point per game player.
Matthews got less than 1/3 of his goals and points on the PP.
Nylander got less than 1/3 of his points and less than 1/4 of his goals on the PP.
Marner got very little more that 1/3 of his goals and points on the PP.
Tavares got half his goals and points on the PP.

He is far too dependent on the PP.

Yeah, of course he is going to say that. Now tell us what he really thinks: How terrible the organization is. How immature Dubas is. How the organization is falling apart. Anyone can quote the good things.

Stellick was speculating that if they have something bad to say they would do it at 5 pm on a Friday before the long weekend.
I guess it depends on someone’s definition of bad is.
there will be one side that thinks the new will be good and one side will think it’s bad

I really think what he said was toward Gina the staff whom his dad also thanked via Twitter, lol.

This is how I look at it. Even if Dubas extended on last Monday, nothing will be done with AM, MM, trades…till closer to the draft.
If Dubas ends up leaving say next Tuesday, it won’t effect trades or contracts bc there are actually other AGMs and MGT at MLSE.
Gilman is very experienced and knows other GMs and AGMs around the league. And it will be done closer to the draft.
Primdham is still here and so is Spezza.
I don’t think the boys have any loyalty to Keefe or Dubas or both.

We have to stop building narratives in our head that Dubas or new GM will have a trade, signing, firing announcements on a daily basis right away to keep us entertained. I really don’t think anything major will happen till after the playoffs and a week before the draft.

Martinez, GA
Maybe Dubas will come out dressed like Chad Powers and then they can sell it as big changes. Think Fast. Run Fast. Maybe we'll get to see Dubas's alter ego run the 40 yard dash.

I would like to hear more about O Reilly not liking his experience here.

O’Reilly: It is obviously very disappointing to get the five games like that. It was nothing like what we wanted. We didn’t start the series the way we needed to or establish that physicality and playoff style. We kind of tip-toed into it. It came back to bite us.

In the second game, we throw everything at them and don’t get it to go in. We dug ourselves a hole, and it is tough to get out of.

No one in this locker room is happy. We knew we had more.

---
O’Reilly: For sure, they were more physical than us. They kind of grabbed control of the series that way, which we need to do respond to a little better than we did with it. It was definitely a factor for them that help them beat us.

---

Reads like what Sparks said about the team: Less passion than he expected.

and then he was deep sixed.

That'll be good.
Hopefully I'm on beer 3 by then.

You can like something but determine it’s not for you long term. In the case of thinking you have the best shot to win (and salary you are looking for) somewhere else.
