There isn't any reason to keep Spezza with Tavares-Nylander or Thornton with Matthews-Marner anymore.
Edmonton is channeling their inner Columbus defensive mode here
Probably all the concerts we've had latelyHis shots have nothing to do with his weights. That's all in his wrists. Have you seen the ice? the puck bouncing all over the place
This is simply not accurate. We're getting outworked and out chanced by the Edmonton Oilers.
He did lost a ton of weight? I guess I never noticed.Matthews losing a ton of weight made him faster but his shot does not looks the same it seems. He seems hesitant
The last great goalies the Leafs had were Johnny Bower and Terry Sawchuck 1967 cup winner's. Still hoping to see another great Leaf goalie, when that happens, they will win the cup.
McDavid gives off strong early career Sid vibes with this kind of stuff. Only differences are Sid had stopped by this point and still gets crap for it and for some reason McDavid doesn't wear the whiner rep at all.
Truth be told I haven't seen much. Just the last few mins of the second.Trust me. It's a breath of fresh for us as well. Pleasantly surprising.
Otherwise, quite the boring game wouldn't you say?
Crazy that McDavids mediocre is 3-4 rush chancesMcdavid and Drai have looked fairly medicore this game, we should be smoking them but played poor in the second with littel urgency and were okay just playing a net neutral period
Sounds like the common theme when we can't score. These guys can't handle it when opponents don't allow them to ice dance.Great Koskinen is in god mode
Mods? I would get infected for going to boiler forumRude
The PP has been much better this seasonWhy did they ruin our PP? What was wrong with overloading with the big 4?
