If that lineup is accurate, so much for the bullshit Gallant, and some here, have been spreading about the abundant importance of Reaves.

There's no official lineup yet. But either way, aren't the Hunt/Reaves & Nemeth/Braun decisions good problems to have?

Id assume all 22 guys are present during warmups and we find out who is in right before the game.

As far as the game goes - I want to see this team take the next step. We've seen flashes of it in the offensive zone. They have the ability to do special things as a group. Its all about remaining consistent and as Copp put it "even-keel".

There will be losses and there will be wins. Gotta stick with the game plan, fill your role and continue to go out there and make it difficult on the opposition. It doesnt have to be driving a guy through the boards, its just about finishing checks and disrupting the other team every chance you get.

This is especially important against a team like the Penguins, who are a little older, little smaller. You dont have to target anyone specifically, the Rangers just need to keep themselves on the inside of them at all times.

Be a dog on the puck. Win loose puck battles. Keep the feet moving and draw Powerplays. The Pens dont take many penalties and the PP for the Rangers could be a difference maker. The Pens have a good PK so the more chances the better.

Make it difficult on the young goalie. Protect your own. Have a shoot first mentality and drive to the net for rebounds. Put your head down and back check. Keep the speed and attack going on the forecheck. Pressure the puck everywhere.

Win or lose, stay true to that every shift and the Rangers will come out on top.

If Motte were available. The 4th line would be a good problem to have.

The 3rd pairing could go either way, with Scheider having the biggest possible upside.

Forecheck hard and Pittsburgh defense will have a lot of problems. Letang is the only guy who excels at getting the puck up ice quickly.

If anyone stayed up to watch LA-Edm, that's the kinda pace I'd love the team to play at. It was incredibly fast.

Extremely nervous about tonight.

I'm extremely nervous about how all of our posts will be automatically merged during the game. To me, it appears that when you post more than once within a minute, the system will merge the posts. People will be posting frequently. I'm actually more concerned about this than the game itself.
