Shesterkin showed up and that’s essentially it.

I don’t have much else to say. Miller had some really good moments. The fact that we let Domingue come in and post a 20 save shutout on us is gross. The hype about the kid line is way overstated. No line had sustained pressure or had much going. Most of our dangerous shots came from the D. Overall, outside of the first period and Shesterkin playing way better than we deserve, there wasn’t anything really positive to take from that.

At least Ryan Strome was his consistent no-show self in another big game.

This feels so much like when the Devils swept us in the first round first season post lockout.
