PLD is not an "upgrade" over Dach in terms of value. Dach's trajectory is PLD and quite possibly above. He is younger, cost controlled, and fits well with our team. If Chevy calls up and demands Dach for PLD or else......

If you can't tell the difference between a rebuilding team, that can't take a major step forward till about 30M in bad contracts from the previous GM come off the books, but is drafting and integrating young players into the line-up and locking up its better players, and a dumpster fire of a team that can't retain its best players, has a coach quit just to get out of there, has a new coach blast the players for their effort level, can't sell season tickets, and is a destination UFA's and players with NTC put on their list to avoid being traded there, I question your knowledge of hockey given your choice of which is the dumpster fire franchise!
