I honestly was not aware of that. Here on the east coast we can’t watch teams on the West due to blockage (unless illegally streamed on the internet).

But yeah, you are right about Dach. Time will tell. Both the fans and management are super excited about him though and we look forward to seeing him play like he did at the end of this season.

If you talk to anyone/many east of ONT you will likely hear them complain about all the Leaf and Habs games we're forced to watch on HNIC, TSN and SportsNet. We all understand why the sports networks do it ($$$), but it still doesn't make it less annoying being forced to watch teams you have nothing to do with or in your division, etc. Same goes for coverage about Habs/Leafs being discussed by those networks, its none stop information about them even when they aren't relevant from a standings POV. Literally we get more (or way too much) information/coverage on Habs/Leafs every year then we do whoever the cup champion is which is a weird and annoying fact.

Meh just part of sporting networks chasing clicks and advertising dollars.

I’ve suggested Anderson and 31 for Dubois.

Funny how Anderson was a highly coveted asset at the TDL but yet now he’s cat vomit despite the Jets apparently wanting to win now. Anderson can bring a lot of what Dubois does.

Anderson’s contract is for far too long and guarantee Winnipeg is on his no trade list.

A few more days to go yet. No idea where he lands. Still think the Habs have the inside track but I don't blame Chevy for exploring every option possible.

Hopefully it doesn't drag past the draft. Doubt it because I read somewhere the Jets are not offering arbitration so it really does seem he's being traded before the draft or on draft day.

Once he is traded, we can then evaluate what we said as fans and compare it to reality.

No offence but once he is traded I'm not mentioning the name Pierre Luc Dubois for at least a year.

If the Jets want NHL players as the main pieces and Anderson does not have the Jets on his NTC list. Maybe we offer Anderson, Dvorak (with retention) and Kidney.

Anderson and Dvorak totaling $8.5M max. That would bring Dvorak's cap hit for two more years down to $3M. Kidney added as a future center prospect. B or B+ type putting up top end Q numbers since he was 18.

Personally, I don't like the idea of the Habs trading Anderson. I'm a big fan of his game and yeah, I know he is not consistent but man, when he is on, he is on. And he does show up in big games.

If I was to guess the unpredictable trade:
* Anderson
* Dvorak (retention down to $3M)
* Kidney
* Habs early 4th rounder (pick 101 I believe).

I'd rather pay Dubois to sit at home next year and have him walk for free than touch Anderson's trash heap of a contract. There is zero need for Winnipeg to sandbag themselves with this trade for years down the line.

They are trying to either trade up or hope one falls to them at 5

LA has an offer on the table. Habs also have one in the table - in case they can't get their C at 5. Habs offer > LA offer, so we're all waiting to see what happens with pick 5

If MTL gets their centre there, PLD is off to LA

If not, PLD is MTL bound at a price that some Habs fans won't like

I speculate that Chevy begs Hughes for Florida's first by the draft.

Winnipeg fans are ecstatic that they got something for pld
