Krebs I'm not wild about trading up for, but if you can get him at 20, beautiful.

Like Cozens, but I'm not sure I wouldn't rather hold onto the #20 to grab a D and deal Kreider and maybe a 3rd to get back into the top 15...maybe Ari at 14, and grab a C there.

So apparently the Rangers flew Cozens to New York and bought him a suit. Don’t know what to think of this.

i've given up any hope of getting seider after the worlds...he won't be there at 20 and if we trade up it will be to get one of the centers that is falling. so only scenario we might get seider is if we move up from 20 AND trade kreider for another pick in the top 15. but thats video game dreams. when was the last time a team had 3 picks in the top 16? so don't hold your breath for that

I feel like Kreider + 20 is too much for #8. Kreider is worth a 1st and a 2nd on his own, no? Maybe that's market price to get into the top 10, but it's a hefty fee. Whoever they take better be a stud.

Heres Larry Fishers mock for 2018. He was way off here, even having the Canes taking Zadina when he acknowledges that Waddell says they’re taking Svech. I’m hoping he’s off about the Cozens suit thing because that would mean the Rangers are going to push hard and maybe give up more than they should to move up. I’d rather stay where we are and see who falls. Maybe move up a few spots to grab Tomasino

If I'm the Edmonton GM I'm not trading the #8 OA in any deal for Kreider unless I'm pretty damn sure Chris will re-sign with my team. Just saying. For Chris---playing with McDavid should work out great but still there would be a need to know whether he'd stick around.

Beware of the Oilers trying to dump Lucic on us as well. But I'd send Kreider and the 20 OA to Edmonton for say the #8 OA and maybe the #38 OA (but some kind of extra).

Then I'd be after Panarin on July 1 to replace Kreider and I'd try to land Trouba too.
