Actually they are questionning him a lot about it and he keeps repeting that he prefer the speedy player on the OT to gain possession.

Danault is a liability whether you have the puck or not.
Better not to play him at all in OT.
Who on any NHL team is intimidated by Danault starting OT...

You really think Bergevin has nothing to do with lines choice? He probably approves.
No I doubt he does. Bergevin does not seem like the GM who meddles with his coaches, especially not to the point of line changes.

He's awful. Worse than Julien. Danault had reclaimed spot #1. Good times.
Yeah but Danault and Byron are not on the ice when they loose the OT. If anyone is a liability in OT is Tatar.

Danault made a great pass to Petry last OT and even though he coughed up the puck this game in OT, he gathered possession and it resulted in the Anderson breakaway. That being said, it's the stupid mentality of being defensive in OT. Did you see how many times the Habs dropped back and stayed in their own zone? It was straight out of a video game. Drouin, Suzuki, KK, Anderson, Toffoli, Gallagher should be the only forwards playing after regulation and the only dmen should be Petry and Romanov.

The person we should ask about Ducharme with Byron and Danault is Jeff Petry
This is absolutely funny to watch every OT when Petry get the pucks and just stare at both of them to get out of the f***ing ice for 40sec while hes holding the puck and both of them are spinning around doing nothing.
