Looks like the Dodgers were found 25% liable in the lawsuit. McCourt was found 0%. The other two defendants split the 75%. Total damages 18.5mil. Apparently the Dodgers will still have to foot most of that given the other defendants don't have anything and some of the awards have to be paid in full or something like that.

yes under performing he disappeared during all the playoff runs and they couldn't justify,his salary and the grief Tiger fans were giving him, and it warranted a change of scenery.

Yes they do, and you are correct, the lakers would likely have to add assets to move that contract or take worse contracts back. (by worse, I mean longer)
