Kinda hoped Lithuania would hold on, but unlikely now that it is 1:2 in space of 3 minutes..

Nah, let's be real, Hungarians have much more quality in their team and they are playing at home. I'm glad that this was a close game for the most part, couldn't have asked for more.

Yeah, but whacky things tend to happen in junior level even if didn't happen in this game..

Either way, Lithuania hasn't looked that bad , so with the right amount of luck they might push for second place..

Ok, lets forget about Austrians. Need to see if Ukraine can help out Kazakhstan and beat Italians in regulation. 1:1 now in the middle of the first.
I believe it will be enough for Kazakhstan if Ukraine wins, even if in overtime or penalties

That Youtube Div 1A stream is solid. I wish I understood a word being said but the quality of the stream is top notch. A) I can see the ice and not just the puck carrier and B) it's clear enough to jersey numbers.

But seriously, these streams from Poland rock.
They even have them on demand! Awesome stuff all around, and I'm already downloading the first Slovenian game. Too bad I already looked up the score, but I'll know for the next one to stay away from it (and this thread form now on :D) not to spoil it.

Credit to MalopolskaTV for streaming the games live on Youtube, in good quality too. Obviously have an audience, as it currently says there's a little more than 2000 people watching Poland and Latvia.

Though its been posted already, here's a link again for the game, with access to the others as well.

It's really great to be able to watch HD live streams for Div I games

And I really hope the IIHF/local broadcasters take note that just on the Youtube link for the Poland-Latvia game there are upwards of 2000 people watching. Hopefully they realise that these games are popular, and people will watch them, but not for £10 or however much the British wanted for their games.

 well I don't have to go out on a limb to assume that the Brit stream did not sell well. I think they'll learn their lesson mighty quick.

I'm willing to bet that 90% of people watching this game are Latvian folks.

Did the rest of the games had that many people watching it?

I wouldn't doubt that at all. Its even worse as the IIHF had a direct link to the stream on their website, something they are not providing for the other, free streams of tournaments.

You'd hope this would show them that trying to charge for the game is a bad idea, but its unlikely that they will realise that.
