Strange decision by England not to start Lauren James, arguably their best player.

But a great result for Spain, and a great result for FIFA. The women's game needs to spread the wealth around a little. The USWNT can't dominate every tournament, or it gets boring. With the success of some other countries, some rivalries are starting to develop, which makes things interesting.

Paqueta is a piece of shit, and we are embarrassing…..all this talent and no semblance of a team, no killer instinct and no heart.

Yeah, a red from 2 yellows so no review, but they were completely undeserved. Arsenal forced to play the last 30min with 10 men and barely clung to the 1-0 lead. There will be fallout from this.

Separately, I have to say the one good thing about the Saudi debacle in professional soccer is that there shouldn’t be any more super teams in FIFA, er, EA Sports FC 24. I’m ranked in the top 1% in Online Seasons and I’d say 90% of the games I play are against squids who use PSG. The next 9% are a combination of Real Madrid, City, and Bayern. Every other team is in the 1%. I always get pumped when I see someone playing with a different team because playing PSG every game is lame.

I’m guessing City will be the most used team next year with Bayern shooting up the rankings due to the Kane signing. PSG will still be top five because they have Mbappe. Arsenal should shoot up the rankings as well. I think my team next year will be Milan.

Arsenal got jobbed a bit by the refs today (despite having a man advantage late...you're not getting many calls like that) but they really shot themselves in the foot more than once. The early goal was an obvious blunder but Martinellis football IQ is possibly the worst in the EPL. If I see him drive outside and just dribble out of bounds one more time I'm going to eat my fingers.
