It's a better drawing than Sam Darnold's attempt at drawing the Carolina Panthers Logo :

I live with black bear, he is making breakfast for me every day. I think fear of bears is overrated.

To be serious, once in the forest I saw a huge boar(hog) in relative proximity. Around 85-110 meters. It was quite nerve-wracking.
I don't have any concerns with black bears. I see them regularly and I have even seen one behind my house. They are in the woods everywhere in New Jersey. Grizzlies/brown bears are a completely different story.

I don't eat venison nor do I drink cabaret.

I eat greasy unhealthy hamburgers, fries, and drink carbonated soft drinks like every other 9-to-5 ham 'n egger out there.
Why? Are vegetables and fruits too expensive? You know how it will end for your health, right? The liver, pancreas and gallbladder won't thank you.

All depends if he wins the election?:sarcasm:
As I understand it, the players will not be asked directly, and their agents who represent them will decide? Or in this case, it won't even reach them?

I bottle of Woodbridge or Mondovi or Berringer cab is 9.99 a bottle. A bottle is 5 glasses of wine....$2 dollars a serving. I bet you pay about that much for your carbonated soft drinks.

It's all about the choices we make.

Venison is just not gamey...to me lamb is a heck of lot more gamey than venison...but a lot of gamey-ness has to with how the meat is handled as well as the region the animal comes from... mountain deer that eat a high proportion of woody browse in their diet tend to be a bit more gamey...but even still, gutting and cooling off the animal quickly is half the battle.

Thank god my golden is both a moron and a coward.
Our male is affectionately referred to as "the big dummy". He's an abject moron but he will follow around our female to help her if she chases something. We've had six Goldens over the years and he is easily the sweetest of them all.

Yeah I don't find venison too gamey, as a general rule. I'm not particularly turned off by gamey, though, and I eat a lot of non-standard meats, so I might not be a good judge.

One that was surprisingly good was red howler monkey. I was trekking in Peru, and was served it at a stopover. My guide wouldn't tell me what it was until I was halfway done with it, afraid my wife and I would refuse to eat it and he'd have to sort out something else. Really tasty, though, served with fisheye chiles. Delicious.

Yeah Conundrum is by far the sweetest dog I've ever had, though the first golden. My folks are more Labrador people, though seeing him has them pondering, I think.

I personally don't think it matters either way, though. My father is the root of the problem because he likes his dogs wild n' out.

I wouldn't be opposed to giving Lou his own banner - after he retires. The islanderes gave Al Arbour his own banner.

IMO the Ring of Honor should be for important players who are worth recognizing but don't quite reach the level of number retirement (MacLean, Brylin, Gionta, etc) OR non-players of importance (Doc, Lemaire, Burns).

A giant LOU with three cups up in the rafters next to the five boys would be a lot of fun.
Al Arbour got a banner that says 1500, as game coached, it’s not a GM banner.

I think it’s silly to put up a GM banner, with 3 Cups on it, next to the 3 actual Cup banners. His achievement is celebrated with those 3 banners.

Management shouldn’t get banners. Owners shouldn’t get banners either. Ed Snyder shouldn’t have gotten a banner, it’s very Ed Snyder for him to have one though. (He’s a major Ayn Rand disciple.)

Banners are star players. A Hall of Fame is different because it’s about history.

I my pretty confident that the team’s been waiting on finding the right time to put Lou in the Ring of Honor but him being a GM of a more successful team was never the right time. (If it’s not Lou they have no excuse for waiting this long.)

What they do with RofH after that is a little hazy to me. I don’t know if regular ex-players get added. Probably not? maybe.

Chico has to be the 3rd. I assume they’ll move faster with him.

Edit: sorry to interrupt the venison talk lol.

Right now my kidneys are the issue (kidney stones and all that shit)...

But we're veering waaay off-topic here.

Next Monday we will see some Preseason action!

I CAN'T WAIT! :)
Then it's definitely worth reviewing the nutrition. I wish you good health and finally get away from bad habits. You can pamper yourself, just within reasonable limits.

its okay, we still on the offseason field. I cant wait too.

So we are discussing gastroenterology, or maybe endocrinology if you prefer, game meat, the dispositions of golden retrievers, and apparently @glenwo2 has gallstones? Ugh. Get well soon and with minimal discomfort. I'll suggest this day's posts can be chalked up to "it's always darkest before the dawn" to those who cannot fathom the veering off topic we engage in.

To bring it back on topic, which NJ Devils do you think go hunting with their golden retrievers on the way to appointments with their gastroenterologist while suffering from gallstones? My money is on Dano who does it all while smoking a cigar and he even brings Genucel samples for the animals who might be a little chapped while running away.

"Calcium deposit" stones, actually.

(or rather I had them less than a year ago....was not fun)

I once asked a female nurse what was worse pain, giving birth or kidney stones and she said kidney stones was worse for her. Just awful. Hopefully they do not return. But @Guadana has a point, as you get older it becomes more important to eat relatively healthy.
