Hard to imagine that this can be anything but an improvement. The food has looked awful at the arena for quite some time.

I'm still not spending any money on concessions until they introduce fan friendly concession pricing though.

I cannot imagine the glazing on the donut bun makes it easy to eat that with your hands. It's an interesting concept though. I'd go with gelato over frozen yogurt but that's just my subjective thought.

Some of my Habs fan buddies hating on Hughes and Nemec at 1-2 for D-men cause Reinbacher and Hutson are 6 and 9 lmfao.

His writeup for Holtz is basically the same as it's been for years. I don't think he has the time to watch as much of drafted guys since he has to focus so much on the upcoming draft so he defaults to his prior opinions and production

I got the same feeling reading it lol. You can see he watches the top guys though.

Been beating this drum since the prospect votes on the main board and im obviously a homer but 7 is too low for Hughes.

Guy has Norris potential and is two or more years older/closer (and less risky) than will smith, carlsson, and fantilli.

Only guy I would 100% take over him is bedard (and I probably would also take michkov tbh). Anybody else is at least a discussion (and I honestly LOVE fantilli).

Sabres announced their yearly prospects tournament at their practice arena. It's Buffalo , New Jersey , Boston , Ottawa & Pittsburgh as the 5 teams participating. Will be nice to get some watchable hockey a bit earlier than preseason.

Good to see he still has Nemec above Jiricek, since it seemed Jiricek had the better AHL season and better WJC.

I think he had Jiricek ahead a few months ago but then Nemec finished out so strong. They’re back to back and he did say he considered having Jiricek ahead but feels he has some things to iron out. I’m probably with him. I think they’re interchangeable. If Jiricek irons out those skating issues he’s going to be special and definitely better. If he doesn’t then he’ll still be good but it’ll probably be Nemec who is better
