But if your washington would you not shop around first?
Well I would have but maybe they're planning on signing someone else and it was a time-sensitive trade.

I guess this means we're out on galchenyuk ?

Zacha does not fit into their top 6. Skinner, Staal, Rask, Lindholm, Aho, TT, Stempniak and Ryan are all better. He's a 3rd liner for them
Can't teams spend like 10-20% over the cap during the summer?
he could most definitely be better than a few of these guys listed
They have to be compliant for the start of the season though.
TG putting the new beat writers to shame breaking it first. Miss that man.

That is a while away. There doesn't appear to have been any rush for this.
most common line for him last year:
Johansson-Kuznetsov-Williams
The deal sounds like it was substantially done yesterday with the Caps knowing the Kuznetzov deal was getting close. The Caps locked this in rather than risk getting an even more lowball offer once everyone knew they had cap problems.
Shero needs to keep accumulating 2nd and 3rd round picks, because he's developing a habit of turning them into gold.
Turn Kovalquits at least into some 2nds and 3rds.

I think 3RW is the biggest question mark up front right now
Hall-Zajac-Palmieri
Zacha-Hischier-Johansson
Henrique-McLeod-????
Wood-Boyle-Noesen
Sign Yakupov on a 1 year cheap contract to play 3RW. I think he would do a better job than Bennett did.
Well he is pretty much a Caps beat writer.
i think speers goes in there, or some rookie
