No he hasn’t. Chytil is busting his balls every shift. Lafreniere isn’t even trying out there. He’s in la la land. Pucks go thru his feet off his stick. He’s a passenger. Has zero interest in making a play right now. Embarrassing

The only problem with Chytil is his shots haven't been in the same zip code. Like did someone smear Vaseline on his visor? He's missing by feet not inches.

No center lane drives means no options besides curling back or dumping the puck. Just look at the Siegenthaler goal. Devils drove hard to the net all period which made everyone bite on the center lane leaving the trailer open.

Our only goal was using the pad to pass and they refused to do it again. This team and coaching is like 2 mules in an arm wrestling battle to determine which one is more stubborn.

Couple things Ive noticed the past 2 games:

-missing a ton of shots wide, seems like a lot the past 2 games

- Shesty has been run into/ disrupted a lot the past 2 games and the Rangers have done nothing to make the Utica goalie any kind of miserable.

-Panarin, thanks for all the regular season successes, but so far his past 2 playoff years have not been good enough. It would be great to get a playoff interview with him, but because of 'reasons' he doesnt have to answer to anything. I would be okay with this somewhat of he was producing..

Chytil hasn't been great but at least he produced last year and has two points this year. He's outscored Laf 8-2 in career playoff goals.

We are talking about this series though. He has an empty net goal and one assist. He’s none nothing either.

Rebounds are there for the taking.. this goalie is hot garbage. Rangers are just never there in the dirty areas. They need some snarl and some assholes who will get the front of the net.

Need them to grow a pair and go into the dirty areas. This is what happens thought when you have too many panarins/kanes/zibanejads and not enough graves/tikannens/messiers

FWIW, I still think Kakko turns into a player in this league. Jere Lehtinen reincarnated. Responsible two way player that pots 25-30 and 55-60 points a year. I just don't think it's going to be here.

Lafreniere is getting dealt this summer for a 2024 top 10 protected 1st rounder.

Kakko has visible skills and could be something if just punched him in the face and told him to grow a pair. f***ing do something, do anything, on offense.

Lafreniere just doesn't play NHL hockey and barely has the raw ability to be a replacement level NHL player. A guy that fills out the lineup is all he's ever gonna be. Absolutely no hockey IQ. Big body with a late birthday that picked on children.

I get people are angry but this team 4 days ago looked like they were gonna sweep the Devils. They are still that team.

Here’s the thing- this team has 0 killer instinct- none. It’s why every series went 7 last year and they blew their shot at the finals by blowing a lead vs Tampa. It’s really not a good sign that this series seems to be heading in exactly the same direction.

Emotions are running high, I get it, but he did pick off a pass at the Devils blue line in the first period and made a scoring chance. But I am a bit surprised the fourth line hasn't chipped in a dirty goal in 4 games.

This team is a bunch of underachievers who can’t get out of their own ways. They’re not winning a Cup unless they somehow turn a major corner, which is very obviously not happening.
