Toyotas are way more reliable though hmmthat's not gonna happen my dude. That's like having a Toyota and asking it to be a Ferrari

I didn’t review Weber before his draft so I can’t tell you. His game is not predicated on that, but as his mobility worsened his stickhandling could not compensate. I viewed several Pietrangelo games his draft year for the Ice Dogs and he was a top-notch stickhandler and his offensive instincts were off the charts. That’s even comparing him to all those other Ds that year. It was the most top-heavy D draft ever. Not necassary, Shea Weber and Alex Pietrangelo are in the top 5-10 Dmen of the last decade and they where not top stick handler
I will take the big Dmen that can eat many minutes shutdown any pairs and that is great in transition before a guy that is stick handler à la Quinn Hughes as #1 Dmen in my team
Hmmm no idea about that as I've never owned a FerrariToyotas are way more reliable though hmm
I was talking about there impact in the NHL not in there draft yearI didn’t review Weber before his draft so I can’t tell you. Reinbacher is all about transition and puck possession. He is elite at killing the play and restarting the offense, be it by carrying the puck or being the extra man on the odd man rush. He is also excellent at keeping the play alive in the offensive zone. He don't have Makar or Q. hughes offensive tools indeed but i expect him to be produce because he is a defenseman who will have many puck touches, a connector.I liked him in comparison to the other 6-10s because of his floor. He has a solid responsible defensive game and you’re sure to get a roster player. His offensive game is a mystery to me. I like his shot from the blue line which he gets to the net and his mobility.
Otherwise, I have many unanswered questions regarding his stickhandling and his offensive sense. Your classic top-2 D is a top-notch stickhandler that’s at ease handling the puck in the offensive zone.
Always a good thing to compare Avtsin to OvechkinYou say this as though teams never heap praise on their draft picks…
It doesn’t have to that extreme lol but we’re talking about a 5th overall pick. Saying that you project him as a #1 Dman wouldn’t be so outlandish.Reinbacher is all about transition and puck possession. McDonagh was a #1 Dmen on a team that went to the final and made some long run in NYRIf Reinbacher became a right handed McDonagh would everyone be satisfied?
Reinbacher is gonna be a good player no matter what, I had him exactly where we picked him.If Reinbacher became a right handed McDonagh would everyone be satisfied?

All average forwards were scoring stars in juniors. There are certain things that are seen in top Ds in Junior that facilitates their progression in the NHL. Furthermore, I said they were unanswered questions in the case of Reinbacher.I was talking about there impact in the NHL not in there draft year
If Reinbacher becomes McDonagh, what does Michkov have to be to surpass that?Reinbacher is gonna be a good player no matter what, I had him exactly where we picked him.
The value will be dictated by Michkov and Michkov alone.
I mean, maybe if Reinbacher becomes Makar, but Im not expecting it.
75 pts+ is gonna hurt.If Reinbacher becomes McDonagh, what does Michkov have to be to surpass that?
Well, ok then 乁( •_• )ㄏBrière, Keith Jones and Flyers brass said the had drafted an « elite » forward that can score « 100 + points » and added many other superlatives. I don’t know what Hugues would have said.
Well i do agree that he could have had pumped him a bit more.If Reinbacher became a right handed McDonagh would everyone be satisfied?

I loved Pietrangelo in 2008, but looking back at my mindset back then, if Michkov would have been available I would have taken him over Pietrangelo for better or for worse. The only D I would have drafted over him on draft day without the benefit of retrospect was Doughty. With retrospect, I obviously also missed on Karlsson.Reinbacher is gonna be a good player no matter what, I had him exactly where we picked him.

This will probably read like some sort of copy pasta, but whatever.
I have a friend who works for TVA Sports, and was in Nashville to help their draft coverage. He and some other employees ran into Michkov twice during the week. First time, Michkov was with a cowboy boots seller, where he was yelling at the vendor and threw the boots at him. Second time, was when Michkov arrived at the arena for Draft night where he threw a tantrum because there was a waiting line to get in. There is way more going on with Michkov than what you can see on the ice.
Let’s just hope Reinbacher is more Doughty/Pieterangelo than Bogosian/SchennI loved Pietrangelo in 2008, but looking back at my mindset back then, if Michkov would have been available I would have taken him over Pietrangelo for better or for worse. Even Doughty becomes iffy if Michkov is Stamkos in that example.I loved Pietrangelo in 2008, but looking back at my mindset back then, if Michkov would have been available I would have taken him over Pietrangelo for better or for worse. Not sure Michkov ever becomes a two center like Stamkos lolEven Doughty becomes iffy if Michkov is Stamkos in that example.
And for a franchise thats been starved for offensive talent, passing on Stamkos becomes freaking unbearable.
Stamkos has been a center for almost a decade now.Not sure Michkov ever becomes a two center like Stamkos lol
Personally i don't go into unconfirmed reports or things we could read on a message board.Man this is crazy over the top, do you believe it?
One thing for sure he's not at their dev camp. Kid flew back to Russia asap, most likely pissed he's not a Capitals.
Briere will sell the 100pts dream it's all they have.

Part of what makes Reinbachers stats so unique is that he played such massive minutes at such a young age in a good league. There isn’t a lot to compare it to.But seriously, offensive comparisons at the same point in their careers, McDonagh never achieved NHLe parity with what Reinbacher did this year, not even in his D+3.

i have issues with Wright’s game right now, but not with his character or attitude. It’s up to the captain, assistants and vets to set him straight. And in some cases the coach, I would love to hear about Michkov playing diva in Philadelphia with Tortorella.Personally i don't go into unconfirmed reports or things we could read on a message board.
Mathias Brunet had also apparently negative report on Michkov
We dismissed Nikolishin report because we all assumed they, the Caps, wanted to pick Michkov at 8. What if it was true ?
Still, i would not bet against Michkov talent
