Everything worked just fine last year. Now, a few games in and he is not an NHL coach? He treats players they way that is needed for them. They, judging by last year, tend to respond. One cannot go out on the ice and do whatever he wants. There needs to be and is accountability. That is here now and is frankly refreshing after so many years without it.You cannot treat pro players the same way you do with college kids. I feel he is a bit stuck in his ways that worked in Boston. That's just the way it seems to me based on interviews and reactions during the game.
