He wasn’t playing well because of Florida was on him. People want him to be like tkatchuk, that’s not his game. He showed up in the last game, unfortunately, too late. His game is high risk high reward. Take it or leave it.

next to the bench
He crashed into the boards a few times down the stretch and in the playoffs. Wouldn't be surprised to hear it is a shoulder injury
He got hit hard many times so there is that.

When he got tripped last game he was holding his rib cage. You could tell it waas bothering him during the game.

Ugh. Rib injuries are just awful. Took my dad 2 years to finally be pain free when he broke one of his falling on ice

Ya probably, but you deleted it and I still got notified that you quoted me. Pasta is far down the list of who I’m blaming for this collapse. At least he looked like he gave a shit at the end of the series. Also probably should have had the winner in game 7 if this team could play defense for like one more minute and was a c-hair from winning it in OT.

2 goals in game 6 (one to tie and one to go ahead), and the go ahead goal in game 7. If the entire team didn’t shit the bed he’d be a hero. But thems the breaks.

What a bum. Should trade him for a bag of pucks.
It wasn't cherry picking. I was just writing about your post where you tell me about series to be 3-2 and how Tkachuk's teams hasn't won anything yet. Well now he has won at least series.
MT was better player at least 6 out of 7 games.

I Deleted post because I didn't wanna try start any quarrels with you.

He confirmed to the Czech national team that it is indeed a shoulder i jury. He gave the shoulder I hurt as the reason he will not play at the world championships in May (he has never turned down the national team before). He said he was unable to play 100% in the playoffs because of the i jury and now wants to let it heal.

Thanks for this info. Sucks he's hurt but glad he's taking the time off to heal.

First Bruin to be a Hart finalist in a long time.

05/06 was Thornton, but of course he was traded (only winner to ever be traded in the midst of his winning season), and was a Shark when he was announced as a finalist.

Before that, you have to go back to 89/90 when Ray was announced as a finalist, (he was robbed of the Hart by the Edmonton writers).

It was the closest voting ever at the time (might still be), and Ray had more 1st place votes than Messier, but finished second anyway because the Edmonton writers left Bourque completely out of the top three (which was, and remains, preposterous).

Yankee writers robbed Pedro the same way.
