You might be the only guy here that still thinks he should perform like a 7 million dollar center. He signed that contract like 6 years ago, he's obviously not the same center as he was in year 1, but hes a solid second line center at this point and to judge him based on a contract that is about to expire continues to baffle me.

That being said 23 points in 30 points for 7 mil isn't that bad...

he has 10 in his last 7. Hopefully he keeps it up

Pre 7.25 million dollar Krejci he averaged
61 points a season

Since making 7.25 million dollars he averages
63 points a season

Krejci number have improved since signing his 7.25 aav contract
Yeah, I think we can all see he's losing a step or two though even if the point totals climb (let's not forget those early numbers were under Claude, who refused to put Marchand on the pp)

It’s crazy how many fans want the Bruins to become the Oilers or Sabers.
I’m afraid if they do nothing big, they will be. They keep doing the same thing at the TD. Same thing happened every year. Need to snap out it. They’re going to get a 2nd rate winger and a back up D. Mean while Bergeron gets hurt and they pound Marchand and Pasta. Tell me I’m wrong.

Insanity! Keep doing the same thing and hoping for changez

You do not trade him if you are going for it. If Carlo and Rask are done and we are not gonna be contending you absolutely trade Krejci and just re-sign him after the expansion draft.
Agree. Sweeney has 9 days to decide if this team is truly a Stanley Cup contender. If Rask, Carlo, Kase, etc. are not returning or are questional, there are just too many holes in the line-up to compete against the top teams. That's why Sweeney can readjust the roster by selling off his UFA's and if Krejci wants to be a Bruin next year he resigns for a more reasonable contract.

That’s the whole point. Get back assets because everyone overpays at the TD. In the off-season you can retool.

Okay give me some options of re-tooling? Who is filling that role and at the same time not wasting the next 2-3 years of Bergeron and Marchand

I don’t know who will be available. Having some options in the off season will help.

For the 173th time Krejci make all the haters look like fools )))))
And again he done it with 3rd liners
I just hope Pasta will stay with him for atleast the rest of season
No chance that happens.

that’s a gruesome list. If they decide to move on from Krech (and I think they extend him for 2 seasons) they’ll need to make trade to get suitable replacement

Yup the most logical move is to resign Krejci to keep your center position stable

hope Studnicka evolves into a player and if not you buy yourself more time to find Krejci or Bergeron replacement

Is Krejci tired or ...what is going on

Most of the time he looks lifeless and is not playing with much urgency. Couple that with Ritchie mediocre skating

That line looks like the worst one in the lineup

He's been trying to cover for Pasta's defensive lapses as of late. Can't generate any scoring if your linemate is out of position or constantly muffing passes and giving the puck up in the neutral zone.

He needs to move his damn feet and fight through things

Krejci has 10 points in his last 10 games

there is alot of issues to worry about but Krejci is near the bottom of the list right now

He's near the top of the list, 2 goals in 34 games dosen't cut it for a 4th liner, not to mention a 2nd line center who has received considerable PP time. He has no chemistry with any of our wingers, maybe the problem is him instead of everybody else. The only thing that props up his stats are secondary assists on the PP, Marchand, Bergeron and an in form Pastrnak can pad anyone's stats on the PP, they drive the PP, not Krejci.

Krejci has the most primary assist on the team this season at even strength

And Krejci has the 2nd most primary assist on the PP

You have it wrong Bergeron is stat padding with secondary assists

Krejci is getting all primary assists

Krejci out performing Marchand Bergeron n pasta at even strength assist wise

not bad for a guy who sucks

Anyone who watches Bruins games know that Krejci is nothing but a passenger on the Bruins PP, all he does is pass it to the real drivers of the PP, if not he shoots one of his lame slappers which every team gives him because they are focusing on the likes of Marchand, Pastrnak and Bergeron. No one is afraid of his shot, his 2 goals is a wide testament to that.

Team needs point production (other than from the 1st line). What else more is pressing?

Krejci has one point in 5 games

Has been provided Pasta who is one of the top RWs

It should be better

What I worry about more is the lack of urgency. I dont get why there is a playoff Krejci vs non playoff version. Would like to seem hit the urgency button now
