Bleedred had to work several extra hours this week to be able to attend this game, after getting hosed on buying Dave Rogalski, Steve Goldstein and Ondrej Palat Taco Bell. He's still very angry that he didn't get his lunch with Jack and Nico or even Dano and Chico.

Tonight the Devils will go for the sweep of Florida, where a familiar face returns.

DD is back from a brief stint ''Elsewhere'' for a few days. He will attempt to find his way from the Fort Lauderdale area to Tampa. If his geography skills are any indication, he will be showing up at the roofless Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg for this one, and not Amalie Arena in Downtown Tampa.

The Devils will be looking to avenge an 8-5 defeat at the hands of the Lightning just 25 nights ago.

Bleed is threatening to go Jersey bound if the Devils can complete the Florida hat trick.

Yeah, ummm. That Tampa bottom six kind of just looks like two 4th lines to me.

Point is injured I’m guessing? I got the lines from daily faceoff.

I thought maybe some of those guys have been having under the radar good seasons and I just didn’t know about it. Their production was all 4th line level as well.

Well their 4th line has two NHL defensive centers on it and we have zero. It also has a defensive forward on it and Tartar isn’t one of those either.

It’s nice to get points from your 4th line but if they can take defensive draws, get the puck out and prevent goals, that works too.

Instead of not being able to do any of that and having to be sheltered like injured baby birds like our 4th line.

Tampa coming off a win against the red hot Jets while the Devils just beat the defending champs back to back. Good matchup. Tampa is rested. Thursday against the Jets was their first game in a week. Tonight the Devils will be on their 6th game in 10 days so that’s something to watch. Expecting a tight one tonight. Hope they can contain Kucherov.

Anytime I see a guy with the last name Paul and in that age group, I feel like he's the third brother of Logan and Jake.

He can't be their brother, as he's only just days older than Jake, but he's probably a cousin.
