It’s typical Canadian whining. “My team can’t draft or can’t properly handle the cap, so it’s Bergman’s fault!” That’s why I look forward every year to increasing the number by one of a Canadian team not winning the Cup. As far as I’m concerned, 1993 can last forever.
Jack Todd is American.

By the way, most Canadians couldn't gave a shit about hockey, about the leafs, Canadiens or the Coyotes.

You hating on all Canadian hockey fans of Canadian teams and hoping for the cup never to be won by a Canadian team is just childish.
Those that are fans of American teams and there's a lot of them, are safe from your wrath though.

Part of Canadian media playing to the meathead Canadian population. The most obnoxious fans collectively are Canadian. These are facts. So yeah…1993 forever

Something I've been thinking about since the vote on TED was first announced :

Did they REALLY had to leave this to a vote?

I mean like really REALLY had to?

They could have just gone ahead with it.

I know it's a "good look" to leave it to a vote.

But... it can also torpedo your arena project.

I’m pretty sure it was the City commission who pushed it to a vote. Either to give them cover for passing it, or to give them cover for rejecting it if it turned out to be unpopular.

So I apologize for showing late here, but are these initial reportings pretty much it? I haven't checked in on the AZ saga in a long time, but was hoping to see different results then have seen here so far tonight.

It would have gone to a public vote either way. The city decided to get ahead of any challenge, getting the vote scheduled earlier.

You wouldn't even be watching hockey if Pittsburgh didn't have a team.

So Arizona is f***ed the Coyotes are on the move I guess
I believe there is a Plan B. The Coyote fans deserve it. With all the bullshit they've had to put up for so long.
Vegas has proven hockey can prosper in the desert. I truly believe with the right people at the top, Coyotes are not far from a very successful team.
