Why?Oh no, Kari Lake will not like this.
Why?
And who is Kari Lake?
Why would Kari Lake not like this?
Is she important?
And yet the author, and reality, doesn't actually do anything to argue against those criticisms......Mullett Rock
It's the new arena in the desert many preemptively looked down their noses at, but don't be jealous it has the best seats in the housenotedhockey.substack.com
From Sabres beat writer Joe Yerdon:
"Everything about it made me think about those early days of what got me so into hockey and…I understand why this setup can work. It can create those feelings and build that love for the game that maybe wasn’t there before.
Think about the usual (terrible) criticisms lobbed at the Coyotes and the fans here: “They have no fans!” “No one cares!” “Hockey doesn’t belong there!”
They’re boring takes from boring people who can only dream of the day they have an original take on anything. It’s been done to death and solves nothing other than the need to grab the lowest hanging fruit and punch down at a subject."
Sure, this was posted a month ago, but it's no worse a transgression than certain others on here have done...many, many, many times.
And yet the author, and reality, doesn't actually do anything to argue against those criticisms......
Or that he can't address them so he avoided them altogether. He called them boring.
Usually means they aren't worth wasting the time on them.
You realize that this was a reporter from another NHL city right?Or that he can't address them so he avoided them altogether.
The arena holds closer to 5100. For ASU games.I thought the capacity was supposed to be 5000 but it's actually only 4600? Heard it mentioned on TV somewhere but I can't remember what show or station now so I looked it up and there it was.
He called them boring.
Usually means they aren't worth wasting the time on them.
You realize him being from another city doesn't exclude him from being wrong, right? You realize that this was a reporter from another NHL city right?
So you’re making the same exact fruitless argument he is talking about.
You realize him being from another city doesn't exclude him from being wrong, right?
Or I'm simply pointing out hypocrisy where I see it.
Maybe just let it go. Mullett doesn't sell out. So be it. It won't sell out. I am deleting alot of what I was going to post here so, That's. Not the issue. You realize him being from another city doesn't exclude him from being wrong, right?
Or I'm simply pointing out hypocrisy where I see it.
I gotta call out something though.. There are not 4600 people in the seats. Even paid for, there alot of front (sectiions) of seats open.. Each game.Or.... you just can't accept people who originally thought playing in a college arena was going to be such a horrible thing and then find out it is really isn't and decided to change their minds.

Yes. The numbers of tickets sold says so.The arena has sold out every game, at high average ticket prices so far.
Multiple "people" said it would. It hasn't. Big surprise, or not big deal... Not any anther cities concerns.

Paid for our not..
Yes. The numbers of tickets sold says so.
And that is great. But there are not 4600 people there.
Yikes. This is the business forum and as far as the business aspect goes.... selling out arenas is the goal.
I don't care. It makes no difference to me. 4600 seats is not an acc number. And that in it of its'self is. Inaccurate.Who cares??
Yikes.
I fully understand this .
