Courtnall never won a Cup.
Yeah but he sure scored a lot more playoff goals and big ones. Compare his playoff stats to anyone currently on the Leafs. He was better than anyone we currently have. But not good enough for the Leafs rofl. This organization is laughed at by the whole NHL for a good reason. I don't even think this team is as good as the Burns Pat Quinn era.

Russ Courtnall's point percentage went down in the playoffs. His undrafted brother Geoff hit 30 goals six times while #7 overall Russ only did it once.

What big goals did Russ score?

Russ Courtnall had a 100 speed rating in NHL 95

Which tbh is a pretty big deal to me and it should be a big deal to everyone else too

Ask Montreal fans. Point is we throw away very good players.
#1 answer: They won the Cup the year after they traded him.

Didn't always know where he was going, but he was definitely fast.

He was a very good player for Montreal. We routinely made bad trades and always overpaid. Gilmour is the only time we burned anyone but Clark for Sundin was a good one. You only need to look at our trades, own rentals and firsts thrown away to see what went wrong. Bad asset management and bad use of cap. Tre is already playing this hand..again.

How is John Tavares feeling?

Berube: He is better, but still not there yet to practice today.

Is there any news on Joseph Woll?

Berube: Better. He went on the ice today for a while, so that is a good sign. He is improving. We will see where he is at tomorrow and if he can come out with us for a bit and take some shots. We are not sure yet. We will see tomorrow.

With the play of the two goalies so far, is there any need to rush Woll back?

Berube: Well, we wouldn’t rush a guy anyhow, no matter what, especially a goalie with an injury. We want all players to be fully healthy, and we don’t want to put anybody at risk of making it worse or sustaining another injury.

Right now, we are fine, but we want to get him back as quickly as we can.
