That's what I keep asking. Everywhere I go, people are masked and they keep their distance.

Another outbreak in a LTC home in Brampton. 59 seniors and 25 workers infected. We should be counting goals, assists and wins at this time of the year yet we are counting COVID new cases and deaths per day.

The more the virus rages the more the shutdown/lockdowns will begin again, and the unlikelihood hockey returns to normalcy until players and all staff are all vaccinated.

How is taking the mRNA vaccine that even Moderna says won't necessarily protect people against getting or transmitting Covid the answer?

Bigger question is why take a vaccine that (even according to the manufacturer) doesn't do very much except modify our genetics, but we apparently aren't allowed to ask that question.....

Too many uncertainties regarding the vaccines for my liking. I even read that it may have adverse effects on the female reproductive system (which would tie in to the population control theories out there).

It's interesting to note that the U.S. has already decided not to vaccinate any of its citizens under 18 years of age due to the uncertainty regarding long term effects.

I won't take it, and neither will my wife and kids. I don't trust big pharma with my family's long term health.

Why people are not talking about what Pfizer and Moderna are saying about covid prevention is beyond me. The Pfizer CEO sold 60% of his shares after they announced the 90% success rate...and then a few weeks later admitted they DON'T know if it will prevent covid from being transmitted...That's the equivalent of a used car dealer telling you that you can't inspect the car or drive it AND can't buy an extended warranty on it...but just trust him...its gonna be fine bro...

Agreed. The only issue is this.....soon you won't be able to go anywhere or do anything without proof of vaxx. So while it will be voluntary to take it, there will be many human rights consequences to not taking it.

We already know that Covid has been effectively treated with HCQ/azithromycin/zinc, and that combo is 100% safe - far safer than any vaccine could hope to be. But the issue is that it's not a money maker, so.....

I'm not especially concerned if I get the vaccine or not. It's likely that I had it, was asymptomatic and have the antibodies.

Like I said in public people are doing good. Its at home people let their guard down. I'm not saying you should wear a mask at home but be more diligent on who visits and how many visit.

Only if you have vulnerable people in your home. I don’t care 10 or more teenagers are in my house, because none of those are at risk .

However, If one of the kids that lives with a grandparent, for example, in their own house, they need to be more cautious.

Yes, but if enough of us refuse to take it, those types of draconian measures will cripple the economy. Imagine if half the population could not go to restaurants, sporting events, concerts, travel, etc.

Personally, I would honestly rather forego all of those privileges than risk my health.

I'm not an anti-masker and definitely not an anti-vaxxer. I will not be taking this vaccine until I know the long term health effects. And as the term implies, that will take a long term to find out. LOL this is so true. I think why people crap on Bezos more than guys like Warren Buffet or Bill Gates is that Buffet and Gates donate a lot of money to charity (and will donate practically all of it once they are dead) while Bezos does not really do anything (that is known to the public). He also has the typical scummy personality you need to be successful in his line of work.

Even his ex-wife, who made almost $40 billion simply by divorcing him, does not get ridiculed much because she signed the Giving Pledge (and the average person probably does not know who she is, even though she is the richest woman in the world).
