Andor is the most well made starwars tv show by far. I still like Mando a bit more, but Andor is actually very very good.
I’m old. Like saw Star Wars in its first run in the theaters old. The original movies are uneven but a big thing for me as a child. Andor is going to have to work pretty hard to top the ending of Mandalorian episode “the Rescue” which caught me off guard and was a wonderful moment.

Holy shit that monologue by Skarsgard at the end of the last episode of Andor. He and Serkis have just been absolutely fantastic in this show.
Agreed, fantastic bit. For me, the show is easily the best Star Wars thing since...Rogue One. Tony Gilroy is the man.

Talk about making the whole universe way more alive and human.

"using the tools of my enemy to defeat him...." coupled with Andor telling the guards to get on program....War in a nutshell.

It was f***ing amazing. One of the best show ever created. I love Serkis and Skarsgard so much. Can really understand everything he has given up

After your recommendations, I started watching Andor and I'm really glad I did. Great show, fantastic casting and acting.

I'm someone who is not a Star Wars stan by any means, I think it's fine but am not one of those weird obssessive fans who always buys into the hype.

I like this show (and The Mandalorian) because they're small, focused character shows tha are far more grounded and just use Star Wars as a backdrop for telling good stories.

Obi-Wan was....fine. Love Ewan MacGregor and the final showdown was amazing, everything else felt like bloated filler. It should have just been a 1 hour 20 minute movie. Didn't really like Boba Fett until the very end (Boba Fett himself was the worst part of that show).

Haven't seen Bad Batch and I'm not particularly interested.

So I am trying to watch Blockbuster on Netflix... keyword TRYING.... might switch over to Disney to finally try Andor.
this show would have worked out much better as a mid to late 2010's period piece, than as a fictional new location set today - does that make sense? lol

Saw the leaked starter evos for Scarlet and Violet. While they are an enormous upgrade over the Sword/Shield starters, that's not saying much. Those three were all putrid.

I love the direction they went with the fire one, in theory it should be amazing, but the execution is.....not very good. The grass and water ones are pretty decent, even if the water one is a bit....busy. Typings seem pretty solid.

I'm excited for S/V, usually the odd numbered generations are the better ones that try new and interesting things. SW/SH were such a disappointment.

Kinda astounding how well crafted Andor has been. True it’s a hell of a show on its own merits. let alone as a prequel series to a prequel movie set in the Star Wars universe.

Makes me upset how bland and uninspired Obi-Wan, Book of Boba Fett, and Mando season 2 were. What a strange coincidence that when you hire a talented director/writer in Tony Gilroy who truly cares about building something of quality the result ends up being something special.

Saw Glass Onion on Wednesday. Loved it just as much as I loved Knives Out. Hoping to catch it again before it’s out of theaters. Rian Johnson and Daniel Craig should make these for forever

Great to hear! Took me awhile to find time for the first one but I did thoroughly enjoy it.

I'm looking forward to it, but I'm going to wait until it's on Netflix next month. I'm too cheap to pay extra for something I don't have to pay extra for.

Normally I'd be the same. I love Rian and Knives Out too much to wait

I watched the Guardians Holiday special today.

If you go into it with basically no expectation of something amazing and impactful then I think you’ll have a good time.
