I agree, Bedard will be fine.

Also the NHL back then was drastically more physical and dangerous than the NHL today. People are dreaming if they don't think he's putting up 40+ goals and 90+ points in this NHL as a rookie.

Anything between 65-80 would be a really good rookie season considering the roster.

I'm excited to see him play next season.

I remember seeing Kane and Toews play during their rookie season and it was apparent that Kane was the most talented Blackhawks player since Denis Savard.

His vision of the ice, finding his teammates, finding space for himself, was extraordinary.
Hopefully Bedard has that same impact.
