Listened to the first episode with EL, it's pretty interesting. Dude loves to talk and he has good stories.

These options for following the Avs are mostly just awful. It's like let's find some loudmouths that don't have a role in covering the sports they really care about and have them cover hockey and the Avs. Yeah let's do that hockey!

That's a production house. Probably a lot more experienced and professional than what the other sites have going. Curious what they have in mind.

If we’re being realistic, CMac isn’t going to face any real serious questions, imo. The door is being opened to DNVR, I would bet quite a bit they want to leave an impression that makes it easier for him (or anyone else in the FO) to come back again.

Just got done watching ESPN's 2022 Stanley Cup Champion Film.

What still amazes me about that team is just how many players had big moments. It goes beyond the offensive stars and Cale doing things that would make Bobby Orr blush. Manson...huge goal. Frankie sweeping the Oilers. Helm with the buzzer beater. Cogs shorthanded goal. Lehky sending us to the finals and having 4 game winning goals in the playoffs. Burakovsky with a game winner. Naz coming back from injury and dad-dicking the Avs to a win.

It was an absolute complete team effort for four rounds. Just everybody executing mostly flawless hockey. That team had a definite air of destiny. What a fun season. Hearing Pete getting choked up at points during the celebration got to me.

I'm ready so ready for hockey to start again.

True, Only Game 5 against the blues still sucks a little bit, The one when Mac went crazy and scored one of the best playoff-goals ever.....

When I was watching game 6 the morning after I couldn't take the despair any more and checked the score halfway through the third when it was still 1-0 Blues. Whoops.

This is actually really good news. Sharks fans are still pissed off that he's no longer covering the team on the Athletic. He helped build a nice little community there. I think given time you guys are really going to like his stuff.

Looks like the Fan fired Dmac. He'd be a huge get for any of the new stations/pod casts to get that want Broncos coverage. Or even Altitude. He was also really good covering not just the Avs, but also the opposing teams during our cup run.

He’ll probably go work for the Patriots or the Yankees. He would fit in great there

Salary Swish is kind of an awful name. They should have just kept it under CapFriendly and their brand might go mainstream with the influx of NBA fans.
